TERMS & CONDITIONS
OWNERSHIP & LICENSING:
All ownership and licensing rights for all photos remain solely with the photographer, Summer Williams. The photographer holds exclusive rights to reproduce, publicly display, distribute, and/or creative derivatives of all images captured and owned.
Personal usage permissions are granted for all clients for personal/professional portfolio, , personal blogs, social media posts, personal printing, and the like.
SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS:
While not required, social media photo tag credit is greatly appreciated.
BEFORE YOU BOOK...
Please read all terms and policies below.
A 50% balance deposit is required to reserve desired day and time.
No booking request is confirmed until the deposit payment has been received.
The online booking website price reflects the 50% deposit required to book only.
The remaining 50% is due in full no later than the day of the scheduled photo session, before we get started. Please be sure to read the full service description for your photo session package prior to purchase.

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment cancellations and/or reschedule requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled photo session. Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will result in forfeiture of deposit.
For photo session cancellations and reschedules due to unforeseen circumstances such as day-of inclement weather conditions and/or natural disasters, up to 1 (one) session reschedule is permitted.
Your booked time slot represents the photographer's time that you have reserved. Your booking begins when your reserved timeslot begins, not when you arrive. If you arrive late the photographer and will then have the remainder of your reserved timeslot to complete your photo session.
No-show clients will forfeit any deposits and/or payments made and will be required to pay full package balance at time of booking for future photo sessions.

All deposits and payments for completed photo sessions are non-refundable.
The current turnaround time for retouched photos is approximately 2 weeks after the client photo selections are received.

RETOUCHED IMAGES / EDITS
The number of retouched digital images that you will receive will depend on the photo session package that you booked:
The "Just One Lewk" package includes 4 edits. ($200 package total)
The "I'll Take Two" package includes 8 edits. ($350 package total)
The "Triple Threat" package includes 15 edits. ($500 package total)
The Retail and Look-book package will include a custom number of edits per look to best fit the client's need.
All collaboration, TFP, and test photo shoots include 1 look and 3 edits.
Any additional retouched images from our photo session will cost $25 per image.
Due to the COVID-19/Corona Virus Pandemic, all SBS photo sessions will adhere to the current social distance regulations.
The photographer will wear a mask and maintain a distance of 6 (six) feet from the model(s) for the duration of the photo session.
All models are required to inform the photographer if she/he is currently experiencing any of the following symptoms:
fever or chills
shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
muscle or body aches
new loss of taste and/or smell
congested or runny nose
nausea or vomiting
All clients must sign and submit a COVID-19 form prior to your scheduled photo session.
Failure to sign this required form will result in a booking cancellation.
