I like to refer to myself as a no thrill photographer.
I don't care for external lighting or assistants.
I prefer shooting outdoors under the sun, nature's light.
I don't carry around anything outside of what I have deemed to be essential.
I like to keep it simple.
So, what's essential? What exactly is in my camera bag?
My camera, my Canon 6D.
My three trusty lenses: a 35mm, an 85mm, a 50mm (my good ol "nifty fifty...IYKYK).
Three (3) extra, fully charged Canon batteries.
My dual battery charger.
Plenty of extra SD memory cards
UV lens filters...just in case.
My Square card reader for any credit card payments that need to be processed.
And the latest addition....my custom SBS mask complete with my logo and signature!
On any given day, for any given shoot, these are the items you will find in my backpack.
I'm curious...
Fellow photographers, what's in your camera bag?
What are your top items that must be on hand for any photo session?
